Statement of Qualifications

McAllen Signal &Boring LLC (MS&B) is a minority owned small business based in McAllen, TX specializing in railroad signal installations.  MS&B has over fifteen years of combined experience in all aspects of signal installations including but not limited to flashers, gates, cantilevers, cantilever / gate combo, signal houses of all sizes and underground bores.  MS&B provides the highest quality of construction installation practice conforming to each projects specific requirements. 
MS&B provides the following services:

·      Railroad Signal Maintenance

·      Underground Directional Boring

MS&B has installed and commissioned products from all the major manufacturers and is familiar with the latest operating systems including the GCP’s, XP4, HXP’s, and PMD’s.

All employees are RWP certified and have authority to work on several other railroads including Genessee & Wyoming (G&W Roadway Worker Protection Certified), Fort Worth & Western, and OmniTrax to mention a few.
